State Your Purpose Goals & Your Business Analysis Projections etc
Keeping your purpose and the focus of that purpose in the centre of analysis, will reveal the boundaries (both the inner and outer) and the current scope of that which needs more knowledge, understanding, training, energy, wisdom and successional learning for a continuous reign in your realm and even more so if you seek growth and expansion.
E.g. The Business is Lawn Mowing.
List the major differences between a
- one person (mower) business and a
- 10 member business of mower persons. Then take it to a
- one hundred or a
- thousand mower persons business
- then national expansion
- and then international expansion
If you can’t or you don’t know how, you need a coach and business consultant. Each of the 6 business types mentioned is a very different beast to lead and manage – I mean we are talking about major differences in thinking, strategies, the modus-operandi etc., to name a few!
